The session will take you into the world of gin, learning about the different botanicals and how they harmonise to create a perfectly balanced gin. With the guidance of their expert distillers, you’ll handpick your selection of botanicals and distill your very own gin using one of our small 2-litre stills.

While the still does its work, you’ll be taken on an informative tour of the distillery, gaining insight into the rich history of gin and distillation in Australia.

As a finale to your day, you’ll take home your very own 500mL bottle of your handcrafted gin to savour, proudly sharing your masterpiece with friends and family.

All participants will also enjoy $10 off any full-sized bottle of their exceptional gin, or $5 off any of our tantalising liqueurs.

The session is limited to six people with each person distilling on one of our stills.

Please note that particpants must be 18 years or older.

Enclosed shoes must be worn on the day.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities.

These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years.

As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
